Cooking Ingredients:
1kg pork spare ribs cut in 1” cubes
1 medium size pineapple chunks
2pcs.potatoes cut into cubes
3pcs. Bell pepper cut into cubes
1pc. Onion (sliced)
1pc. Garlic (chopped)
1 cup pineapple juice
1 small can of Nestle alpine
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups water
Cooking Direction:
Step 1: Heat pan with olive oil. Sauté garlic until it turns brown then add onion.
Step 2: Immediately put the spare ribs then wait for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Add water and allow it to boil. Wait for 20-30 minutes, check if there is small
amount of water left and that’s the time you will do step 5
Step 4: Add pineapple chunks, juice, alpine then wait 2-3 minutes
Note: salt and pepper to taste
Step 5: Add potatoes, wait again for 2-3 minutes then put bell pepper.
Step 6: Turn off the heat. Serve and enjoy.
